Financing God’s Dreams

God has chosen to reach the world through our giving. As The Friends of God, we are choosing to partner with God through giving to His work.

It’s been said many times that God doesn’t need our money. But that is not the reality of how God has chosen to work. He works through people. He works through the Church. Now, in His sovereignty He could bypass all of that, but He doesn’t.

In Malachi chapter 3, God clearly says that the reason He wants us to give tithes and offerings is so there will be food in His house. God wants His house to be a blessing to the world. This is the Abrahamic covenant which we have been called into. (Gen. 12:1-3; Galatians 3:29)

Rather than always asking Him to bless our houses, we are choosing to bless His. As The Friends of God Community, we are privileged to be part of God’s plan to bless the nations through our giving.
