As women, we know the value of relationships. Even though we are busy – we know the value of a talk with a good friend… whether it’s with coffee, or over the phone, at the park with kids, a quick email, or a good cry on a best friend’s shoulder, we were made for relationships and connecting. We have many ways women can connect.  Click on one of the links above for more information.

On a deeper level, we crave a spiritual connection with other women of faith. We want to share our hearts and we want to grow as vibrant followers of Jesus Christ, loving him more each day. We want to learn to trust and we want to be healed from past hurts so we can walk in victory. We want a safe place to open up and be ourselves. We want to laugh and share our deepest joys, and we want to have friends who care when we go through hard times. And each of us wants to be a good friend in return.

Besides connecting with other women, there are other things that matter to us. We care deeply about our families, but want to do something beyond our own four walls. We want to reach out to our community and our world. Making a difference matters to us. We want to discover how we can impact our world with the gifts we have been given; and, we want to introduce others to Jesus.

GPC women believe:

• God wants to have an intimate, personal, loving relationship with you.
• God wants you to be a part of a faith community.
• God has created you uniquely and has given you gifts that can benefit those around you as well as the world.

Here at The Gathering Place Church, you can grow in your faith and connect with other women throughout the week – from Mommies groups to Missions groups, from groups for Single Women to Bible Study groups. We also have times of special ministry. Our desire is to see you experience all God has for you!

And if you’d like to join a team, there are lots of opportunities to use your gifts. You were created with unique talents; your greatest joy will be in sharing those gifts with others.
