What I Do For GPC: I oversee the setup, hospitality, and usher/greeting teams. I am responsible for printing the bulletins, flyers, etc.; for maintaining the church calendar and for setting up meetings. I also lead a connect group and whatever else John or Mark can think of that they don’t want to do.

What I Do For Fun: Play with my wife and daughters. I like the beach and hiking too.

What Makes Me Laugh: Hearing my children laugh, or any kids laugh with joy.

What Makes Me Cry: Seeing others suffer.

In A Previous Life (before GPC): I went to the church where I met John and also met my future wife to be.

Best Advice I Ever Received: Turn or burn.

Things I Care About: See “What I Do For Fun” and “Family Matters”

Family Matters: Three groovy chicks and me… and a hamster, I don’t know if the hamster is a boy or a girl… but Fluffy is also groovy.

My Secret Talent – My big secret is that I really don’t have any talent, but please keep this quiet as I have been able to fool a lot of people.

My Favorite Cartoon Character and Why – I like when Shrek was trying to tell Donkey why ogres are like onions. I also like the little king in Madagascar that likes to “move it, move it” and says “Wakie, wakie, rise and shining.” Why? is a question for my therapist.

Grew Up Where – That’s assuming a lot, but I did live in La Mesa, CA as a kid. (If you don’t get this read it again… okay, I’ll just tell you… I’m not sure I’ve grown up yet.)

Favorite Movies – Braveheart, Good Will Hunting, A Knight’s Tale, Brother Where Art Thou… wait, scratch that, is this for a church website… The Passion of the Christ, The Jesus Movie, The Ten Commandments and Chariots of Fire.

Food I Can’t Live Without – Yes, I can’t live without food.

What Made Me Want To Follow Jesus – As the good book says: “taste and see.”
