Deep Community

You won’t find Christianity defined in the Bible as simply a relationship between you and God. When God calls you, He calls you not only to His Son, but also into His community—and that’s deep community.

Peter puts it this way:
“You were cleansed from your sins when you obeyed the truth, so now you must show sincere love to each other as brothers and sisters. Love each other deeply with all your heart.” 1 Peter 1:22 NLT

This kind of community is God’s answer to loneliness, and it helps us discover significance, purpose, and personal growth. It’s also one of the clearest ways we show the world that we are truly followers of Christ.
